New laws that affect you
New 2017 Laws bring changes to requirements for advertising starting in 2018. Adding to the requirement of your name and license, you will now need to ensure that your broker name is also included on all advertising.
Wages. If you have any employees, there are changes to minimum wages. 5 or more employees the state now mandates for retirement.
FHA has lowered the minimum owner occupancy ratio from 50% to 35% and the Recertification Process Made Less Burdensome.
Also changes to Housing, Landlords and misc. items.
